Effortless Business Management Software for Restaurant & Retail

Where all the big industrial works are being automated with the help of technology, small to medium-scale businesses are still depending on human effort more than incorporating technology to their process. We are working to foster a sustainable future where everyone has access to the benefits and opportunities created by technology. Hence we have built a cloud based, low-cost Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for restaurant and retail businesses.

PROCESS

Our first target was to cut down the price for our users to make it affordable for them. That’s why we planned to make it available for anyone to run on smartphones or tablets and it is much inexpensive than a laptop or desktop. We have created android applications which make our software fully portable.

To keep the owners up-to-date with their business even when they are not present there physically, we have made it cloud based. Now the owners can check real-time status of their business 24/7 from any corner of the world. That too, from their smartphone. We store all the data in a highly secured google cloud server. With this, we guarantee security and reliability.

SOLUTION

Order Taking Android App (POS)

We designed a simple, easy to use app to provide a faster order taking system. Our customers can create unlimited user accounts for their employees and define their roles. We have an attendant role for waiters to take orders directly from the customers using the app as well as a cash counter role for managers to generate bills and collect payments.

Kitchen Display Android App (KDS)

To improve the communication between restaurant front and kitchen staff, we have developed a kitchen display system. When waiters take orders from the customers, this app will immediately bring them right in front of the kitchen staffs' eyes, no time wasted.

Standard Inventory Management System

Users can track their stock items and get low stock alerts for restaurants and shops. Restaurants can add recipes to get auto consumption and preparation cost calculations.

Profit/Loss Calculation

They can list down all of their expenses, revenues and manage credits or dues of their suppliers. Also, they can get overall profit/loss calculations.

Customer Loyalty Program & SMS Marketing Service

In addition to helping our users manage their operations, we give them a platform to promote their business and obtain more customers. As a result, we integrated the customer loyalty program where users can provide reward points to their regular customers which they can redeem later. Also users can send greetings or promotional SMS to their customers in bulk. Don’t need to go to any other third party tool for that.

Result

After all the hard work we have put into the project, we finally made it! And the response we get from our users motivated us to provide them even better.

It took around 1 year of rapid, non-stop development to build the software just like we planned initially. Currently we have over 1500 restaurants and 700 shops based in South Asia on board, adding more and more customers everyday.

However, our development has not stopped yet and we still have more amazing ideas to further boost the service for both restaurants and retailers, such as individual online ordering websites, employee shift management, dashboard for chain restaurants, enhanced marketing tools and so on. We, in turn, are preparing to expand our team on the project.
