Driving Innovation in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Fronture Technologies Ltd.'s Hackathon 2022

Hackathon is a social event for developers. Developers get to work on critical thinking, solve coding complications, also develop and improve different software. Hackathons organized by engineering and development teams are a way to introduce intrapreneurship in a web-based society. Keeping that in mind, Fronture Technologies Ltd. successfully held its in-house Hackathon 2022. The primary focus areas for Hackathon 2022 were automation, artificial intelligence, and data science.

With Hackathon 2022, developers brought a vast array of ideas and addressed solving real-life problems. Everybody voluntarily went out of their way to make this event a success. Hackathon 2022 was three days of unwavering effort of teams. Even teams stayed overnight in the office for a succession of the program. They have been relentless in bringing forward ingenious ideas. Six teams came up with unique ideas about automation and AI. Among them, three distinguished themselves with their pitches. Team NASA came to be the 2nd runners-up, and Team Quad Seal was the 1st runners-up. Team Foggiest Idea took the title of champion of Hackathon 2022 with their pitch.
Team Foggiest Idea arrived with an astounding idea with a combination of education and data science to empower the future of education. They named it ‘Mentee Advisory.’ The program spotlights an unprecedented opportunity to explore educational anomalies from a data-driven perspective. With this, parents get to be more involved in their children’s learning, educators can develop their teaching techniques, and institutes can reshape their strategies for better education.

Team Quad Seal came up with a plan for Meta Search Engine. It sends search queries to different sources, aggregates the results, and organizes them in a ranked list. The primary function of such platforms is to present as many options as possible on the market so that users can compare them and make an informed decision.

The name of project Team NASA was ‘Focus,’ a next-generation AI work partner. It will assist employees in remaining focused on their work, avoiding distractions, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

‘Hackathon 2022’ was a spontaneous display of creativity and problem-solving activities by teams and organizers. The event concluded with awarding of prizes to the champions and runners-up teams.

Hackathon 2022 was a huge success. Not only did it bring out many exciting and innovative ideas, but it also proved to be a very refreshing and productive event for the participants.
