Employee Awards Night ‘22 – Fronture Technologies Limited

Employees feel appreciated and valued when they are recognized for their hard work. It also inspires employees and can even lead to increased produc-tivity.

To help employees see their contributions to their team’s success, Fronture Technologies organized the yearly Employee Award Ceremony on 3rd December 2022. All colleagues gathered to celebrate their crowning triumphs and dedication in 2022. Every year the whole organization comes together as a family to celebrate success.
The entire office was packed with guests. The ceremony hosted a cultural program. During the cultural program, the vibe in the room was mesmerizing. Everyone sang together, cherishing the moment. All the employees celebrated the event with their families on the office premises.
A total of 3 employees from several teams were recognized in the individual category for their hard work and dedication.
Most Diligent Employee of The Year: Zarar Mahmud
Zarar Mahmud was awarded diligent employee of the year for his astounding performance. His performance was always top-notch, even when he took on more work, and always put his best foot forward.

Zubayer Jamil’s displayed aspiring leadership throughout the year. He has built a strong, supportive, and fun team. Zubayer Jamil took on all changes and always came out on top with his team. He developed his team to new heights.

Ear Ali Molla
Md Ear Ali always actively strives towards work-related and personal goals to which others help to be inspired. He has driven the most positive change in the organization over ten years. He has shown everyone the true meaning of dedication and loyalty.
After the award-giving ceremony, there was a dinner party to enjoy each other’s company over food, great conversations, and many good memories. That’s how the award night ended successfully, with memories and enthusiasm to move forward toward a new destination.
