Software Engineer (Full-Stack)
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale our mission-critical SaaS platform. Working with .NET Core on the backend and JS frameworks on the frontend, you will collaborate daily with US-based product leaders to develop and maintain a secure, high-performance, multi-tenant application.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, multi-tenant features using .NET Core for the backend and JS frameworks (Like React/Vue.js) for the frontend.
- Design and optimize secure, high-throughput RESTful APIs that connect complex school workflows and external integrations.
- Optimize database queries, frontend rendering, and backend workflows to ensure a fast, reliable user experience for thousands of concurrent school users.
- Utilize modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to speed up code generation, refactoring, and unit test creation while maintaining strict code quality.
- Partner daily with a US-based product manager to break down business requirements into technical execution.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through unit testing, active participation in code reviews, and writing self-documenting code.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional full-stack experience, ideally within a product-focused or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in C# and modern .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+), with a solid grasp of asynchronous programming and dependency injection.
- Robust experience building responsive, state-driven interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), including schema design, indexing, and writing highly optimized queries.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI to optimize daily coding workflows, write comprehensive test cases, and quickly debug complex backend or frontend issues.
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) with the confidence to articulate technical ideas clearly to overseas teams.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, MVC architecture, and RESTful API integration.
Good to have
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Familiarity with Healthcare domains and complex role-based access control (RBAC).
- Understanding of state management (Redux/Context API) and frontend build tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and exposure to Docker containerization and modern CI/CD automation practices.
