Bi Developer

We are seeking a BI Developer to develop analytics and reporting solutions for internal customers across business and product lines in the Integrated Operations organization. This role is both strategic and tactical; helping uncover insights that lead to improved business velocity and revenue growth. This role will require timely collaboration between multiple stakeholders to empower decision-making within urgent and time-sensitive windows to formulating longer-term strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate enjoys the challenges presented by working with enterprise data, and is passionate about championing data quality and accuracy. They will need to possess technical expertise in large scale data warehouses and enterprise data visualization tools with hands-on knowledge of advanced SQL, and preferably experience working with CRM and ERP datasets. Experiences with data science and sales organizations are a plus.

Distill complex datasets into insights, providing executives with clear recommendations
Create automated reporting and visualizations for users across different orgs
Produce reporting and process documentation to facilitate internal knowledge sharing
Design and build BI application solutions that are accurate, scalable, and efficiently meeting the needs of the business
Prototype solutions and recommend the adoption of new technologies, continually improving our business partners’ experiences

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent technical knowledge and experience
2+ years of business intelligence or related experience, prior FTE experiences such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Engineers
Experience writing and debugging advanced SQL queries with emphasis on reporting accuracy – e.g. Recursive Common Table Expressions, Analytical Functions, Data Pivots, etc
Skills with core programming languages such Python and Javascript
Working understanding of dimensional data modeling
Collaborated with Tableau Desktop & Server developers
Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a virtual, team-oriented environment and can work well on both collaborative and independent projects

Experiencing using SQL in Snowflake
Familiarity with data science methodologies, such as forecasting & time series analysis
Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies for project management
Exposure to SFDC, Clari, Anaplan, Netsuite, and/or other sales systems data
