DevOps Engineer
Fronture Technologies Ltd. is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. If you’re passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and building reliable deployment pipelines, we’d love to hear from you.
This role involves working closely with an international team, so strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Build, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to fully automate the compilation, testing, and deployment of .NET/C# SaaS applications.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning, configuration, and scaling of application environments, minimizing manual intervention.
- Actively utilize AI development tools to rapidly prototype Infrastructure as Code (IaC), troubleshoot runtime errors, and streamline automation workflows.
- Package applications using Docker/Kubernetes to ensure uniform, predictable execution environments from local development through to production.
- Collaborate directly with software engineers to eliminate delivery bottlenecks, streamline testing frameworks, and accelerate inner-loop development workflows.
- Set up automated alerting, logging, and observability tools to proactively monitor application performance, troubleshoot delivery failures, and maintain SaaS reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a DevOps or Build/Release Engineer with a strong focus on engineering automation rather than just cloud system administration.
- Solid understanding of the .NET build ecosystem (MSBuild, NuGet management, configuration transformations, and .NET Core runtime environments).
- Hands-on experience designing and managing complex workflows in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, focusing on build optimization and automated testing integration.
- Practical experience containerizing .NET workloads using Docker and managing orchestration platforms (like Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and experience managing environments via Infrastructure as Code
- Proactive experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot or AI-driven CLI utilities) to accelerate scripting, debug pipeline failures, and optimize DevOps delivery processes.
- Familiarity with the continuous deployment challenges of high-availability, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
