UI/UX Designer
Fronture is looking for a UI/UX Designer who can think beyond visuals and design real, working products. This role requires a strong understanding of business logic, UI Design System, and scalable UI practices, with hands-on experience delivering production-ready work.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design structured, user-centered digital experiences for both client and internal products.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for web and digital products based on business logic and system workflows
- Translate complex business systems into simple, usable UI solutions
- Strong understanding of the Atomic Design System methodology to create scalable and reusable components
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototype interactions using Figma
- Build, maintain, and improve design systems and UI libraries
- Support product visuals, micro-interactions, or motion assets using After Effects when needed
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and consistent design implementation
- Review live products and continuously refine design quality and usability
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design
- Proficiency in figma's Auto layout
- Strong understanding of business logic, system-based design, and user flows
- Strong attention to layout, typography, spacing, and visual consistency
- Practical experience with Atomic Design Methodology
- Hands-on experience creating and managing design systems
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions with cross-functional teams
